Wouldn’t it be great if you had a reliable viable cell density online measurement system which improves your process understanding, increases production yields and ensures a consistent product quality?

Hamilton takes a holistic and integrated approach to online process monitoring of cell density (VCD and TCD), pH, DO, and conductivity with the goal to assist you to do your job better, faster and make your life easier.

On-line monitoring of bioprocesses is an important tool in R&D, process development and production and is fundamental for process control. Its foremost advantage is the monitoring of sudden changes in critical process parameters by a virtually unlimited sample number.

One of the most important parameters to monitor in any cell culture process is the viable, that is, metabolically active cell volume. On-line cell density monitoring reduces the risk of missing important events which would remain undetected if classical biomass measurement techniques would be used like for example Trypan Blue.

It's easy to automate
temperature sensor calibration

MET/TEMP II v5.0 provides a comprehensive temperature calibration solution for testing batches of sensors, calculating characterization coefficients and printing calibration reports. Standardize comparison or fixed point calibrations, use multiple temperature sources or references in a single test, and more.

It's easy to learn and use, too.

Version 5 updates the popular MET/TEMP II software by offering compatibility with Microsoft Windows 7 and 8/8.1 operating systems and includes support for our most recent temperature calibration sources, the 9190A Ultra-Cool Metrology Well » and the 9118A Calibration Furnace ».
