Business not "as usual" but we are still fully operational
While the COVID-19 virus is still an evolving situation, we wanted to let you know about the further measures we’ve taken to minimise any potential supply chain threat and our ability to serve you, our valued customer.
In light of the Governments desire to close all non-essential business, we have asked all employees to remain working remotely only for the next two weeks to help in Ireland’s effort to minimise the spread or potential to spread this awful virus.
Although we supply a great deal of product to essential businesses such as pharma, Biotech, Medical Device manufacturing and food manufacturing sites, we will continue to do this in as much as possible from our home offices.
Should you require any technical support, both Noel and Alan are available by email or phone to assist you. With the availability of online tools, we are also using the Zoom platform should customers need more detailed support or training provided.
In only exceptional cases, emergency delivery can and will be organised by us to you. Please understand we do not wish to delay delivery to you so please let us know if we can help you in any way and we will respond immediately.
We have been in constant contact with all our suppliers over the past number of weeks to ensure a robust supply chain and all are still operational albeit in a more limited capacity. If you have any concerns related to any particular product that we supply to your organisation, then please contact us directly. Be assured that we will inform you of any delays to current orders as we are notified.
Our workforce is currently healthy, and we have no known cases of COVID-19 internally.
Employees are now instructed to stay home from today and only to go to the office to assist emergency deliveries.
IPP has always maintained an emphasis on cross-training in all operational areas.
We will continue to do so to ensure that we will be able to continue supplying you, our valued customers.
We will continue to monitor the situation and should there be any changes we will keep you updated.
Stay safe and thank you for your understanding.
