ZENNER Woltman (Horizontal)
ZENNER Woltmanzähler the WPH-N-series can be described as robust water meter for extreme applications. Bulk Water Meters are designed for use in low fluctuating flows and when installed in any position. During its development a holistic approach was followed: robustness for harsh operating conditions in the mains supply and industry, combined with high measurement precision at low pressure drop. Industry popular communcation interfaces work with the meters for remote reading.
In addition the WPH-N water meters are fitted with a removable measuring insert that can be exchanged without the need for the housing to be removed from the pipeline. The meter casing of high-quality cast iron is protected by a solid epoxy coating, and the shafts and bearings are made of hard metal or sapphire with high abrasion resistance for long life. The viewing area is nano-coated to prevent fogging and to ensure permanent safe visibility. All nuts and bolts of the meter are made of stainless steel.
The meter comes standard with a lockable steel cover, but can optionally be equipped with a plastic protective cover.

ZENNER Woltman (Vertical)
The main advantage of the ZENNER Woltmanzähler WS-N series is the great dynamics with fluctuating flow rates, based on the large measuring range and the low start-up. High measurement accuracy at low pressure drop and all the usual options for connecting to remote reading apply to this water meter.
In addition the WPH-N water meters are fitted with a removable measuring insert that can be exchanged without the need for the housing to be removed from the pipeline. The meter casing of high-quality cast iron is protected by a solid epoxy coating, and the shafts and bearings are made of hard metal or sapphire with high abrasion resistance for long life. The viewing area is nano-coated to prevent fogging and to ensure permanent safe visibility. All nuts and bolts of the meter are made of stainless steel. Also fitted with an integrated filter.
The meter comes standard with a lockable steel cover, but can optionally be equipped with a plastic protective cover.
For export markets further special versions are available, such as the nominal size DN 200.

Zenner WPV
Compound Woltman meters
Compound meters were conceived for measuring extremely fluctuating
water amounts. For example, in the case of a fire, a very high flow rate
must be measured at a tap connection where under normal circumstances
a domestic meter would be sufficient. In this operation case, the spring
loaded valve opens and the main meter also measures the volume flowing
through. Typical locations for these are schools, homes, offi ce buildings,
or supply lines of smaller residential areas, where the flow rate must be
exactly measured during the night.

Zenner WB-MFD Well water meter
The Zenner WB-MFD water meter is deisgned for use in the installation of the transition from a vertical line into a horizontal line (well).
The WB series of meters have a housing shape of a 90 ° elbow to DIN 28,537 and DIN 28637th. Since you can not install classic Woltmanzähler immediately behind pipe elbows without first installing the corresponding settling section. This gives an optimal installation solution for the WB meter for future service-handling.
In addition the WPH-N water meters are fitted with a removable measuring insert that can be exchanged without the need for the housing to be removed from the pipeline. The WB's other advantages: the case of high-quality cast iron is protected by a solid epoxy coating and the counter is rated to IP68.
